Why is it so hard to loose weight? Where can I find motivation? Why do I give up? How come she is better than me? She makes it seem so easy... 


Hi and Welcome to a topic that no one really talks about!


First of all it is ain't easy to nobody!!! Everybody works hard to get results!!! Everybody fails, but just a few people can get up and continue!!! 

As I said loosing weight is never easy and it takes time, and it takes an extra push. Once you find the road and you get comfortable with it, then it will become easier, it will become a habit. 

Everybody just writes about how I should start then look I did it, I look amazing!!!! 

But what happened in those weeks/months/years? 

Since I am in the middle of my competition prep and middle of loosing weight, I can tell you what I feel EVERY SINGLE DAY.  I suppose to loose around 28 pounds in 4 months to get my Stage Look, and I already lost 8 pounds (20 lbs more to go in 3 months). Honestly the start was easy, I know what I have to train and eat and I easily got rid of 4 pounds, then the hard part hit me. I was craving food that shouldn't have, I felt very tired to train (matter in fact these are still accurate). My favorite quote from Arnold Schwarzenegger "The mind always fails first, not the body. The secret is to make your mind work for you and not against you." I just wanted to let you know it takes a loooot to loose weight and get the body that you want... it won't come easy... it has to be earned... That girl who post an "After Picture" (including me), we suffered, we sweated, we didn't eat out, we didn't drink or eat what we craved for, we ate towards to our goals, we got dizzy, we got tired, we went to bed early, we woke up early, we cooked a looot, we hurt, we ache, WE FAILED, but we didn't give up and did it again!!!!! 


I kind of want to close with this pic from Oct 2017- red bikini and March 2018- blue bikini, and tell you to don't be scared of suffering and pushing your self! 

Weight loss is a mind game, it all happens in your brain! DECIDE, TAKE ACTION, FAIL, GET UP, DO IT AGAIN, FAIL AGAIN, DO IT AGAIN--- SEE RESULTS!!!! NEVER GIVE UP!!! 

If your diet or workout structure feels comfortable, it won't bring you the results! Always get out of your comfort zone, but stay realistic and keep up the good work! If you need training tips let me know :)
