Easy Weight Loss Morning Ritual

Everybody wants to loose weight fast and get that extra push from magic pills, well honestly there are no magic pills although a MAGIC MORNING DRINK can help and change your mornings.








I start every morning with my warm lemon water!!!!! 

Basic Ingredients: Lemon and Warm Tap Water + 1 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar 

Optional to add: Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper Powder, Honey or Stevia, even flavor with Blueberries or Mint Leaves


PS: Please use fresh lemon, and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar!  


Why is it my magic drink? How can this help you loose weight? 

My advice is DON'T DRINK IT ONCE, DRINK IT EVERY MORNING on an empty stomach. I usually drink it after my morning run.

After my research I only listed my favorite benefits of the magic drink. I can't tell enough to my clients and friends how important is to start your day with the right choice! It is not just weight loss, it is HEALTH!!! Even-though I eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and grass-fed products, I feel like unfortunately we live in a world, where we don't know, where our nature food comes from, that is why a little morning cleansing is never a bad idea.
