In my last post I said I won't compete again, and here I am a year later getting ready for another competition.
Why did I decided to put on that shiny bikini again???
My first comp prep felt like a huge push, a big hustle and way out of my comfort zone. My entire day was about fitness, workouts, diet and supplements, which were super new to me and I couldn't focus on anything else. All I wanted to be over and be healthy again, eat colorful veggies and fruits again, have energy again and live a social life again, where I can go out and drink a glass of wine with my friends and family. My second prep was much easier, I admit it, I cheated with cheese or fruits sometimes and all I noticed that my body just adjusted to handle anything. I had a job and I had a life and I was still able to focus on my prep, but it still took that little extra push.
Now a year later, I miss that extra push, it feels like I have a goal, I have a date to get ready for. I thought my fitness journey is over, I will run a couple of times, may be play some tennis and go to the gym once a month... however I figured out it is not ME at all. I love what workouts do to my body, I like to eat healthy and feel lighter, I like to experience knew trainings and diets on my body, I like to see improvements, but most of all I like to educate myself in the fitness industry.
I decided to compete again because I want to improve myself, I want to motivate others also I want to give my knowledge and experiences to people to live a healthier lifestyle. I realized that I learned a lot in the last year, and I can control my body in a way to compete and stay healthy. As today I have a full time job, and part time as a personal trainer (so you can tell I am busy), but I can still squeeze in 2 or even 3 workouts. Everything happens in your head!!!! You just have to decide and I decided it!!!!
I am 4,5 months out, that means it will be a long long prep, but I am hoping the best, and I really want to create a brand new "Body" for myself :)
I will post a lot of my meals and workouts on my IG= Please learn from it but DO NOT copy me, what works for me, probably won't work for you!!! If you need help let me know!
