Why do we have to eat 5 times a day to lose weight?

One of the weirdest statement about dieting is to eat MORE like at least 5 TIMES/DAY! It took me a month to get used to the fact that I have to eat every 2-3 hours, but results were talking for themselves. The key is smaller portion 5 times daily. But why 5 times? Who came up with that? What is the logic behind it? Why is it good to eat all day????? 

The answer is pretty simple- you would think if you don't eat your body will eat less calories and lose weight yaaaay - well not really. When you don't eat, then the body is smart enough to put those macros into your storage.


So listen:

Our brain controls everything, also to lose weight. You have to make your brain believe that the calories/ energy is continues, that way the brain doesn't have to store anymore and it can let the fat cells go. If you eat only 2-3 times a day, your body, your brain will hold on to their fat storage, it would be stupid to let them go, because if their is an emergency (no food for a long time), then the body will make sure to survive and feed your heart, brain, liver, etc...

If you eat 5 times: you will give continuous energy to your body= your brain will react= no need to store anymore= your metabolism will be faster, extra energy by doing some sport, and will use/ burn fat cells. 


It is that simple! The brains react differently on individuals so some people going to lose weight and see results right away, some may take a while. Don't give up!!!!



My advice is that when you are about to give up and eat something unhealthy or over eat, DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Hold on to your healthy habits, when you out of your comfort zone, thats when miracles happen!!!!!
