Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know

Dietary supplements have a huge roll in body building. I was the kind of person who never took any kind of pills (no medicine, no vitamins, no antibiotics...), I always liked to get my needs from real food such as meat, fruits and vegetables.

Unfortunately in body building you don't drink or eat whatever you want and I realized if I want to give the right nutrition to my body, I will have to take right supplements. Most people (including me) are afraid of taking pills and use weights because they think they will get them bulky. Honestly if your workout and your nutrition are well designed, there is nothing to be scared of. 

The real reason why you NEED supplements:

1) When you have a strict diet, there are many vitamins, minerals, herbals and botanicals, amino acids, enzymes, and many other ingredients are missing from your food. You can fuel your body and add the missing ingredients with all the traditional tablets, capsules, and powders, as well as drinks and energy bars. 

 

2) Extra push for the workouts!!! I learned that we don't need to workout for hours...one hour is enough. When we have that one hour, we need to focus, push, sweat and give all we have, that is when some extra support always help. 

 

My Supplements:

I only use Amix Nutrition, because I believe that they work with real and healthy ingredients. Since they produce their products, they are very reliable (only my opinion).
