Most of the people like to be accountable with calories or the scale, well I don't like any of them. This article will be about scale and how it shows the wrong image. Never forget, SCALE is just a number!!! The image that you see in the mirror counts, clothes sizes counts, body part measurement counts, but I do not like scale numbers. First, you will lose weight (fat), and the number will go down, but then you will start to gain muscle and the number will go up...
