Routine Is the KEY Ingredient
Many people asked me how is it possible to change? How can I wake up early to exercise? How can I run in the morning? How can I leave coffee? How can I meal prep and leave fast food for lunch and dinner? How can I push myself to workout after work?
ROUTINE is the key to change your life. First you have to change your mind from the I CAN’T to the I WILL, then set up a ROUTINE.
How to create THE ROUTINE?
I like to see and visualize my goals, that is why I recommend to get your calendar out and mark your hours. It might seems childish to plan every details, but believe me once you see it and pencil it down, you will make it happen.
Get your Calendar
1) find social workouts (gym, meet ups, tennis…)
2) create your personal workout (cardio, weight lifting, resistance…)
3) sign up for new challenges monthly (meet ups, classes, climbings, water sport…)
wake up earlier (30 min workout, 30 min getting ready)
prepare breakfast (eggs/smoothie, protein/greens, hot lemon water instead of coffee)
rest after work
go to bed early
