Running is the magic ingredient in life

I fall in love with running about 4 years ago. I used to run because I had to, but it was a huge pain. Then one day I realized I ran 20 min every 3 days and then every 4 days and then everyday. I started to push the timing, then the kilometers and I was so proud of myself I could run such a distance, then over the years I noticed such a differences on my body, thanks to my runnings. 

Major benefits of running:

-Boost your immune system 

-Improve your health

-Keep you fit

-Help in weight loss (specially the belly area, gotta love it)

-Protect from diseases

-Relief stress

-Make you think

-You can be alone-alone with yourself 

-Eliminate depression 

I just love it, I almost never sick and it gives a huge transformation to my body.
