I fall in love with running about 4 years ago. I used to run because I had to, but it was a huge pain. Then one day I realized I ran 20 min every 3 days and then every 4 days and then everyday. I started to push the timing, then the kilometers and I was so proud of myself I could run such a distance, then over the years I noticed such a differences on my body, thanks to my runnings.
