How is a glass of red wine effect your life? Why is it healthy and how does it effect our body? 

Personally I drink very often a glass of red wine with my dinner. If it is too late like 10 pm, then I just drink the wine or if it is around 7pm then I drink it with my dinner.

The whole red wine idea started with a doctor recommendation, because I had almost no iron in my system. It did help me a lot, and since that I figured out it is one of those miracle drink, that has a lot of benefits. 

1) Digestion: it helps your stomach to digest the food, which specially important at night, because you don't want to go to bed with a full and uncomfortable stomach. 

2)Weight loss: it is so rich that helps you to feel full that way you can eat less, that means it also helps with portion control.

3)Train your brain: researchers showed that who drinks red wine has better memory.

4)Less sugar: when it gets to the point to drink alcohol even at a social event, then red wine is your best option because it has less sugar and leaves you a smaller waist line, than other liquors 

5)Protection: because of its antioxidants, it help you protect against cold, flu, or even different kind of stomach diseases, cancers and infections. 

6)Blood sugar balancer: red wine seems to decrease insulin resistance in diabetic cases.

 

Don't be scared of red wine, it is good for you but pay attention on the quality and quantity :)
