YES you can. I used to believe that to maintain my weight or to lose weight I cannot eat after 6 pm and it worked perfectly but now I do eat and it works even better.
After my research I discovered that the best food to have for dinner is Cottage Cheese, it is super high in protein, low in carbs and contains some kinds of enzymes that helps to burn fat over night.
-Sweet option: I usually mix cottage cheese with sweetener and squeeze half lemon/lime and eat it with 2 rice cakes
or make it as a smoothie with some protein powder such as 1 cup of cotteage cheese, protein powder, water/ice and garnish with almonds.
-Sour option: I mix the cottage cheese with mustard and have the 2 rice cakes or add paprika and cucumber to it and make it as a "korozott".
Antoher good option for dinner can be meat with little green but cottage cheese works perfectly for me lately :)
