I know the biggest excuse for workouts is that "I don't have time!" Well I will tell you a secret, everybody has time looooool but you have to plan on it and stick with the plan. There are tricks such as wake up earlier, go to bed later or see how can you make some free time during the day. It will be hard at first, but when your body will used to it, you cannot live without it.
My advices: find a kind of activity that you like such as swimming, running, walking, resistance training, weight lifting, tennis... and put it into your calander 2x a week. Then when you ready for more increase the workouts, 3-4x a week. If you get bored with a kind of workout such as a video workout program, then don't stop working out just find another kind of activity.
