What to eat for breakfast?

Personally I love smoothies for breakfast. I believe this is the perfect way to start the day and get all the nutrition that we need in the morning. I also uploaded a video, where I making my morning mega smoothie. In the mornings we need good carbs, good sugar, green and of course protein all the way ;)

My smoothie creation contains:

1/2 cup of oats - good carbs

1/2 cup of fruits - good sugar (I like berries, because they are low in sugar and carbs)

1 scoop of protein powder - protein

1 cup of spinach - green

water and ice

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
