Meal Prep is the best way to keep your nutrition on track.
I usually meal prep for 3-4 days. My biggest concern is usually the meat, because it takes time to make it. Usually I only cook chicken breast for a couple of days and prepare vegetable in the mornings. If you haven't tried meal prepping, then it is about time. It is just a huge help to know that your meal is ready right when you are hungry. I feel like one of my biggest mistake was that, when I was hungry I even ate fast food or I ate everything in the kitchen while I cooked my real meal. That amazing idea also helps with portion control, which is another huge mistakes that people make.
My advice is to try something similar that fits into your lifestyle, I would be happy to help, just email me :)
